Georg Thomas joined Omnidocks in 2023 as Managing Director, he is responsible for the whole process of developing logistic warehouses on a speculative basis.
Prior to his role at Omnidocs, Georg was Director of Business Development at Hillwood, where he was responsible for acquisitions, support of new projects, and expansion of the portfolio. Moreover, Georg was Head of Development of May-Group and Business Development Manager at Goodman. In both companies his job was the expansion of the Build-to-suit-developments. During his time as a developer, he was part of many well-known developments in the logistics sector.
A few of those projects include Tupperware, Schenker, Continental, Kühne & Nagel, Rudolph Logistik, and Akzo Nobel.
Georg holds a degree in real estate economics and studied Law at Goethe University in Frankfurt.
Besides being a German native speaker, he speaks English fluently and has a working knowledge in Spanish.
Sandi Mujkanovic is a real estate professional with in-depth knowledge of asset management, development, and ESG strategy, particularly within the logistics, commercial and residential sectors.
He has built a distinguished career, progressing through a series of senior roles at Hillwood as Asset- and Development Manager, and at Harpen Immobilien as Project Controller and Assistant to the CFO.
He is currently serving as Director of Asset Management for Omnidocks GmbH, where he oversees the management of operating assets and provides support to acquisitions and the development process.
Sandi holds several degrees in Real Estate and is a native speaker in German and fluent in English and Bosnian. He also has a working knowledge of Spanish.
